How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Managedwill Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Managedwill Mold Help
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Managedwill Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@managedwill.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
